The Health Information Management Certificate is a 30-credit, coding program that may be completed by part-time students in three semesters. Graduates are eligible to sit for the AHIMA CCA, CCS, or CCS-P certification exams. The Middlesex Community College Health Information Management coding program is approved by the AHIMA Professional Certificate Approval Program January of 2018 – January of 2021 with annual interim approval during these years.
