Job Description: The Manager, reporting to the department Director, will oversee the activities of 8 FTE's in the file area of a multi-specialty clinic with about 300,000 visits per year documented in an electronic medical record system. The ideal candidate will have demonstrated experience working with an electronic medical record; implementing and working with document imaging systems; and demonstrated ability to successfully lead a team through changes in work processes. Requirements: Bachelor's or Associate's degree in HIM; RHIT or RHIA credential with 3-5 years of supervisory or management experience. Computer skills in word processing, Excel, PowerPoint, and Access required.
