• Complete the Corporate Partner Application and check off your intent to advertise on page 3 of the application
• Include your advertising fee with your corporate partner fee
• Submit your Corporate Partner Application and fees via mail or pay online via Paypal at link below
• Submit your ad for review to info@mahima.org
• Ads will begin running within 5-7 days of receipt of payment

Existing Corporate Partners:

• Complete the Advertising Order Form and check off "existing corporate partner"
• Submit this form with payment via mail, or submit form via email and pay online via Paypal at link below
